CLOUDY SUNDAY
After a cloudy and mild start this morning, we’ll see temperatures climbing into the 70s this afternoon—mild for early May. Expect clouds to linger through much of the day, though we could sneak in a few brief peeks of sun. An isolated shower can’t be ruled out, but the better chance for rain today will be across northern Massachusetts and into southern New Hampshire. Rain arrives late tonight, and we get ready for a soggy stretch ahead.

Looking ahead, get ready for a rainy start to the workweek. Monday brings widespread rain, cooler temperatures, and a noticeable breeze. Highs will only reach the 50s, and rain is possible at any time throughout the day. The unsettled weather continues into Tuesday with more rain expected.
By Wednesday, the pattern eases just a bit. We’ll still be dealing with showers and even a few thunderstorms, but it won’t be a total washout. As rainfall totals begin to add up, we’re closely monitoring local rivers and streams for any flooding concerns through midweek.
