9 ‘White Lotus’-inspired Summer Travel Outfits

The White Lotus is one of my favorite shows to tune into, and season three didn’t disappoint. Not only was the storyline intriguing, but the fashion was mesmerizing, and the perfect inspiration for summer travel clothes.

Each episode was filled with resort-ready vacation outfits that oozed luxury, including caftans with tropical prints, chic bathing suit cover-ups, elegant summer dresses, and more. And Amazon’s fashion store is packed with The White Lotus-inspired outfits that are flowy, stylish, and under $60. Copy the trendiest looks from season three with these travel-friendly pieces below.

Fabio Lovino / HBO

Victoria Ratliff, portrayed by Parker Posey, brings her Southern charm to the island, along with a wardrobe fit for a rich matriarch. In the third episode, she wore a summery white and blue striped dress paired with a fashion-forward straw hat. You can replicate the outfit with this Chouyatou sleeveless dress similar to Posey’s, and a beach-ready floppy straw hat that’s currently on sale.

Leslie Bibb’s character Kate ends her stay at The White Lotus resort wearing a flowy pair of butter yellow linen pants, paired with a scoop neck floral bikini top and accessorized with strappy sandals and large statement earrings. The look is simple and relaxed, yet polished. We found almost identical pieces, including a pair of wide-leg linen pants, oversized earrings, gold strappy sandals, and a floral bikini that screams summer.

Belinda Lindsey, played by Natasha Rothwell, is the purveyor of tropical style with her snazzy choice of caftans throughout the season. That includes her pink, flowy option that was patterned with greenery. You can copy the look with this Amazon version covered in plant prints with hues of pink — and don’t forget to pair it with a rattan clutch.

Michelle Monaghan plays an actress named Jaclyn Lemon, and she brings a Hollywood touch to the resort. In episode seven, she wore an aqua blue maxi dress and strappy sandals while having dinner with her two best friends. It was the perfect combo of dressy-casual for a beach vacation, and you can get the look. Whether you’re headed to a nice meal or taking a wine tour, sport this tiered dress with a twirl-worthy skirt in the eye-catching color. You can pair it with black chunky-heel sandals to embrace your inner Jaclyn.

Sarah Catherine Hook’s character Piper Ratliff brought a preppy style to her family vacation, which is represented in episode eight’s nap dress. Amazon has a similar cottagecore-inspired dress with flutter sleeves and delicate white embroidered details along the hem. If you’re going to be sightseeing, you’ll also need a brown tote bag like Piper’s to hold your phone, portable charger, wallet, and more. Add some wedge espadrilles and your look is complete.

Piper also introduces us to the perfect boat day outfit: an off-white midi dress with contrasting navy stitching. It’s versatile enough to go from an all-day excursion to your formal cruise dinner while giving off a country club vibe. For less than $50 per piece, you can copy the look. Add a pair of knotted sandals to finish the romantic yet preppy aesthetic.

For beach days, you can channel the boho style of Aimee Lou Wood’s character Chelsea. Stay covered and cool in this sheer lace cover-up similar to the one from the show. And, instead of wearing a plain bikini, be like Chelsea and opt for a statement-making pattern, like the one on this scalloped-style two-piece.

Prefer not to wear a dress? Laurie, portrayed by Carrie Coon, brings a high-fashion touch to even the most casual outfits. Whether you’re walking through a marketplace or enjoying lunch by the water, you can count on these patterned shorts for comfort and style. To complete the outfit, add a cropped yellow tank top, and a linen button-down shirt for quick layering when the  breeze picks up at night.

Charlotte Le Bon plays a model named Chloe who could teach a masterclass on chic beachwear this season. For casual poolside lounging, she chooses a crochet cover-up to top a simple black bikini. Even her accessories choices have a sophisticated touch, especially her rounded gold-trim sunglasses and animal print oversized tote bag — replicate her look with the items below.
