Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap has revealed his demand amid interest from Manchester United and Chelsea in signing him this summer.
The Englishman has had a good Premier League campaign with Ipswich. He has bagged 12 goals and two assists in the division.
His progress has caught the eye of elite clubs. United and Chelsea are currently in pole position to recruit the 22-year-old.
Delap has a relegation release clause of £30m and that will become active soon with Ipswich highly unlikely to avoid the drop.
The striker is prepared for a bigger challenge, but United or Chelsea must guarantee him a starting role from the beginning.
Comparing the duo, the Blues could be better placed to recruit him, considering Nicolas Jackson has failed to impress.
United, on the other hand, may not provide the assurance with the presence of Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee in the squad.
The Red Devils paid big money for them and could be reluctant to guarantee Delap a starting spot under manager Ruben Amorim.
