How to Watch the 2025 BAFTA TV Awards Online

The BAFTA TV awards are back this year at London’s Royal Festival Hall and will be broadcast on iPlayer and BBC One in the U.K. starting Sunday, May 11 at 7 p.m. BST. Viewers in the U.S., Canada, Australia and the Nordics can tune in through BritBox on demand beginning 2 p.m. ET.

This year’s top nominees include Netflix’s “Baby Reindeer,” which leads the pack with eight nominations, including for limited drama, leading actor for Richard Gadd, supporting actress for Jessica Gunning and Nava Mau and writing. Notably, Mau is the first openly transgender BAFTA TV Award nominee.

Out of the 44 performances being honored, 21 are first-time nominees, including Jonathan Pryce for “Slow Horses,” Marisa Abela for “Industry” and Nicola Coughlan for“Big Mood.”

Disney+’s Jilly Cooper adaptation “Rivals,” Apple TV+’s spy series “Slow Horses” with Gary Oldman and ITV’s “Mr Bates vs the Post Office” each earned six nominations a piece. The BBC documentary “Life and Death in Gaza” and Disney+’s “Say Nothing,” which recently won a USC Scripter award, received four nominations a piece.

Other nominated shows include Peacock’s hit reality show “The Traitors,” HBO’s “Industry” and Apple TV+’s “Shrinking.” Nominees that are currently available to watch on BBC iPlayer include “Industry,” “The Traitors,” “The Graham Norton Show,” “Ludwig,” “Sherwood,” “Blue Lights” and “Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light.”

Alan Cumming from “The Traitors” is set to host. Additionally, this year’s ceremony will include music performances from Jessie J and Tom Grennan, while award-winning concert violinist Esther Abrami will play during the In Memoriam tribute.
