Ramsey says Tan hasn’t been present at Cardiff games as much as fans would like but insists the Malaysian billionaire “does care” about the club.
The Cardiff City Supporters Trust issued a statement criticising Tan’s “minimal and infrequent” attendance at matches.
But Tan issued his own statement in response, stating that he watches all matches – something backed up by Ramsey.
“From the conversations that I had, it’s evident that he does care,” added the Wales international.
“What we can all agree with is that this season has not been good enough. Things need to be put in place in order to bounce back from this.
“I’ve had a few conversations with him throughout the few years that I’ve been here and they’ve all been pretty much similar.
“He’s not been around probably as much as the fans would want, but from the conversations that I’ve had with him, I know he’s invested in the club and watches the games and wants the best for this club.
“It’s just trying to relate that and get it all put into action because you haven’t got someone here day to day being amongst the place.
“Somebody has to try and link it all that together and put the things in place that this club needs.”
