The Witcher Season 4 hasn’t yet been released; however, new The Witcher Season 5 set photos have emerged online.
Based on the book series by Andrzej Sapkowski (which was adapted into a popular video game franchise by CD Projekt), The Witcher premiered on Netflix in December 2019. The show has so far run for three seasons, while Season 4 is expected to be released sometime in 2025.
Henry Cavill played Geralt of Rivia in the first three seasons of the show; however, he bowed out of the role and was replaced by Liam Hemsworth in October 2022. The Witcher was then renewed for a fifth and final season in April 2024.

Given that The Witcher Season 4 does not yet have an official release date, it’s unclear when fans will be able to watch The Witcher Season 5 or what the final season of the show has in store for them.
The synopsis for The Witcher Season 4 reads, “After the shocking, Continent-altering events that close out Season 3, the new season follows Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri, who are separated and traversing the war-ravaged Continent and its many demons. If they can embrace and lead the groups of misfits they find themselves in, they have a chance of surviving the baptism of fire — and finding one another again.”
