Will Smith took to social media to wish his friend and Bad Boys co-star Martin Lawrence a happy birthday in hilarious fashion.

In a recent post on Instagram, Smith shared a photo of himself and Lawrence, who was dressed in large robes and donning a giant fake beard. In the post, Smith jokingly wishes his co-star, who turns 60 today, a happy birthday and says he doesn’t “look a day over 70.”
“Happy Bday Marty Mar!! You don’t look a day over 70 ;-),” Smith wrote in a post. Lawrence took the joke in stride, commenting on the photo that it’s “always love” between the two.
Smith and Lawrence have been friends for over two decades now. The two rose to superstardom in similar fashion, with both starring on hit TV sitcoms (The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Martin, respectively). In 1995, the pair starred in the hit buddy cop movie Bad Boys, which sparked a franchise that has continued to produce movies ever since, including one last year, Bad Boys: Ride or Die.
Earlier this month, Smith also took to social media to celebrate both Lawrence and the Bad Boys franchise. On April 7 — the 30th anniversary of the original film’s premiere — Smith praised filmmakers Jerry Bruckheimer and Michael Bay as well as producer and writer Don Simpson for taking a chance on the pair.
