The biggest reveal came during a recent episode titled “Missing While a Casualty.” As Gabi Mosely and her team mourned the death of Sir’s brother, a black car appeared at the cemetery. Out stepped Sir, looking suspiciously put-together in a suit, flanked by a man in an FBI-style earpiece.
The team’s shock was immediate. Margaret couldn’t believe her eyes. Dhan confirmed it, saying, “That’s the FBI.” Lacey added, “He’s made himself valuable to them. We need to find out how.” This moment didn’t just surprise the characters. It sent Found fans into a frenzy online, all asking the same question: Is Sir now collaborating with the FBI?
According to showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Sir’s intelligence makes him almost impossible to contain. “There’s no amount of lock and key that can ever really [hold him],” she said, pointing to the master manipulator’s ability to stay several steps ahead of everyone, even while imprisoned.
Mark-Paul Gosselaar, who plays Sir, echoed this sentiment. He explained that Sir’s possible partnership with the FBI is less about justice and more about control. He’s “manipulating the people surrounding him to further his obsession with Gabi,” Gosselaar told NBC Insider. His goal is seemingly to stay relevant in her life — no matter the cost. The thought of the FBI relying on someone like Sir is disturbing to everyone, especially to those who’ve suffered because of him.
For now, Found hasn’t confirmed the nature of Sir’s involvement with the FBI, but all signs point to a temporary and self-serving alliance.
