The eight Minecraft Movie popcorn buckets can be found and purchased in the following theaters.
1) AMC – Blocks Popcorn Bucket
AMC theaters are selling 10 different popcorn buckets or metal tin buckets themed after the film’s various blocks. These are square buckets instead of round, mimicking Minecraft’s iconic block-shaped world and style.
The ten Minecraft popcorn buckets fans can purchase are:
- Crafting Table
- A log block
- Gold block
- A glowing blue cube found by Steve transports him to Overworld
- TNT block
- Obsidian block
- Diamond ore block
- Dirt with grass block
- Stone block
- Redstone ore block
One of the popcorn buckets, dirt with grass block, can also be purchased as part of a combo that includes a large drink and popcorn.
The price for the ten buckets is $17.99, as per YouTuber Geek Strong, who had visited the AMC theater chain.
2) Select theaters – Nether Portal
AMC, Cinemark, and Regal do not sell the Nether Portal popcorn bucket. Moreover, it can only be purchased directly from a physical store in select theaters. One of the theaters selling the item is Skylight Cinemas.
This bucket costs $38.5 at Skylight Cinemas. Here, fans can avail free large popcorn refills.
3) Regal – Creeper Tumbler
Regal Cinemas is selling a tin popcorn bucket themed after the Creeper’s face. This bucket costs $24.50
4) Regal – Pink sheep
Regal is also selling a popcorn bucket that is a replica of the pink sheep from A Minecraft Movie. This bucket costs $42.95.
5) Cinemark – Chicken Jockey
Cinemark is selling a Chicken Jockey-themed popcorn bucket after the character who is involved in a popular fight sequence from the film. The Chicken Jockey popcorn bucket reportedly costs $25.
6) TNT Block – Cinemark
Cinemark is selling A Minecraft Movie popcorn bucket themed after a TNT block. This bucket reportedly costs $25.
